What is security like?
Our community features several controlled-access entry points designed to help manage building access including fobbed entry points and Butterfly MX intercoms. We also have 24-hour live monitoring at main access points, nightly roving patrol, and courtesy patrol available on call.
What is there to do in the area?
Located in the heart of Uptown, The Kendrick puts you close to some of Denver's best dining, coffee shops, bars, and neighborhood destinations. Restaurant Row is just at the end of the block, with local favorites like Hearth and St. Mark's for coffee and Pho & Bar for dining. We're also a quick walk or bike ride to Downtown Denver, Capitol Hill, and Five Points, with Cheesman Park and City Park both approximately 10–15 minutes away on foot.
How much is parking?
Standard parking is $150 per month, and EV parking is $175 per month. Please note that EV spaces are limited and subject to availability. Street parking is also available in the surrounding neighborhood, though some areas may have 2-hour parking restrictions.
Are pets allowed?
Yes, The Kendrick is a pet-friendly community. Breed, weight, and pet screening requirements may apply. Please contact our leasing team for current pet policies, fees, and restrictions.
Are utilities included?
Utilities are not included in the base rent. Please contact the leasing team for a full breakdown of estimated monthly fees and utility billing.
Is smoking allowed?
The Kendrick is a smoke-free community. Smoking is not permitted inside apartment homes, common areas, or restricted areas of the property.
